• Please ensure you have made payment prior to customizing. Once you have, you will be sent an order number & password which you can use to fill out your customization form.
• If you are a current subscriber your payment will be taken on the 1st of each month, you will have until 6th of the month to customize.
• If you do not respond to our customization reminders we will ship out your box with randomized items from the current months theme!

• Visit the customisation form page to select your items. You will need a password to enable your form to be submitted. This will be emailed to you after your payment has been processed.
• If you are a new subscriber please fill out the customisation form within 24 hours of purchasing your first box.
• Please submit the form one time only including your order number so we know who the customisation belongs to.

Items are distributed on a first come first served basis. To avoid any delays please customise your box within 24 hours of purchase otherwise we will assume that you do not want to choose your items. This will also avoid shipping delays!

If you prefer not to customise we will ship your box out with randomised items from the current month's theme!

All monthly subscribers will be billed on 1st of each month and have until the 6th of the month to customise their box via the customisation form.

If you do not customise by the deadline we will ship out randomly selected items from the current month's theme.
